Takahito Moriyama, Associate Professor of the Faculty of Foreign Studies, Researcher of the Center for American Studies, Nanzan University, has won the Shimizu Hiroshi Award of the Japanese Association for American Studies (JAAS) for his book Empire of Direct Mail: How Conservative Marketing Persuaded Voters and Transformed the Grassroots (University Press of Kansas, 2022).
