For Presenters

Presentation materials

We plan to share presentation materials (slides/posters) online with registered participants. Please upload your presentation file (slides/handout) using the Google Form.

If you don't want to use Google Account, please send us via email (ling-office@ic.nanzan-u.ac.jp).

Oral presentations

Presentations will be 20 minutes plus 10 minutes Q&A. The conference room is equipped with a PC and projection facilities. You may bring your presentation on a USB stick or connect your own laptop via an HDMI cable (please bring your own adaptor if your computer does not have an HDMI port).

If you plan to use a handout, please print these in advance and bring them with you (100 copies will be sufficient). Note that we do not have printing facilities at the conference venue.

Poster presentations

We will provide 15 poster boards (160 cm H × 90 cm W) and 5 whiteboards, plus mounting materials. There will be 12 (or 11) presenters per session.

Please print your poster up to A0 (84.1 × 118.9 cm / 33.1 × 46.8 in). Portrait is recommended, since each presenter can use at least one poster board. Landscape posters are also welcome. We will try to accommodate them using whiteboards or two boards placed side by side, space permitting.

Please bring a printed poster (we cannot print posters at the venue). Setup instructions will be announced on site. Since the session takes place in a different room from the oral sessions, you will have plenty of time to set up your poster.
